Please note: These support/wellness groups are not intended to be psychotherapy, but rather a space to find ways to reduce stress and increase connection with the help of horses and nature.

Horse Care for the soul

In this monthly offering, we will spend time learning basic equine knowledge and the unique principles of caring for a therapeutic herd through hands-on care experiences of our herd members. Horses offer such a grounding and genuine presence, and through caring for them we invite a different connection to caring for ourselves. The first three meetings are offered at a discounted rate ($30/session), subsidized as part of the 2025 Horses for Mental Health (HMH) campaign fundraiser. Sessions planned for once a month on Sundays, starting April 12th. Space is limited, please contact us through our contact page if interested!

conn-eq-ted

Join the herd to explore the intricate relationships between all living beings and their environments. Through a series of experiential exercises, we will survey ways in which our personal wellbeing is ingrained in the natural world. By recognizing our connections with nature, we can better understand the importance of mutual  sustainability and decide how we want to intertwine nature into our lives.

Sunday, May 3rd, 10am-12 $125
